Refurbishment of Royal Well Bus Station in Cheltenham, including replacement of concrete bus shelters

Undertaking detailed measured survey of the area affected by the works
Preparing existing and proposed drawings of the proposed replacement bus shelters.
Submitting a planning application to Local Authority
Carrying out negotiations in respect of the planning application
Preparing a design and access statement to accompany the application
Preparing a specification of works
Undertaking a tender invitation process from Local Authority approved contractors.
Review the tenders as submitted and produce a tender report making a recommendation for the contractor to be used.
Issuing instructions to the approved contractor and preparing a JCT minor works contract.
Undertaking Project Management and Contract Administration of the works, including resolving the final account and reviewing the works at the end of the 12 months defects liability period.
