Bevans Chartered Surveyors was founded in 2008 originally called: Nick Bevan Consulting.

Our broad knowledge and expertise gained over many years ensures our Chartered Building Surveyors have the skills and capability to answer all your property needs.

The team have all held high level roles in large national firms giving our clients a bespoke service with big company experience.

We are based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire but work nationally and currently have clients in Worcester, Hereford, Swindon, Cardiff, Oxford, London, Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, Leeds and Derby to name a few.
