Bevans Chartered Surveyors open a new office in Cardiff

We are very pleased to announce that we have just opened a new office in Cardiff to build on recent commissions and develop relationships in the Principality.

Based a short walk from the central station and near Sophia Gardens the new office is easily accessible and convenient for all transport links and car parks. The opening is a very exciting moment in the company’s development.

We are very proud to be involved in the redevelopment plans for Swansea Central and having recently completed a project in Pontypool it seems like a natural development, in what we see as a relatively untapped market for us.

We are in the 10th year of trading and currently involved in several large projects Nationally including Leeds, Southampton, London, Manchester and Swansea. We see the new office as a way of increasing our market spread and to tap into new opportunities along the M4 corridor.
