Our client was due to take on a FRI lease of an industrial unit.
Our Involvement
To undertake a detailed photographic and written Schedule of Condition and to also provide further advice on essential works to be agreed with the landlord prior to the signing of the lease, following identification of items that would adversely affect occupation of the building by our client.
Outcome
Delivery of the Schedule of Condition within 5 days from instruction, providing advice to our client in regard to liaison with the landlord and their surveyor to a successful conclusion enabling our client to take on the lease and occupy the property.
