The Works

Providing a Cat A fit-out on behalf of the landlord following departure of the previous client.

Our Involvement

Agreeing the extent of the works required with the client, preparing a detailed specification, inviting builder’s tenders for completion of the works, preparing a tender report, providing advice in regard to the appointment of a suitable contractor, preparation of a JCT contract, undertaking supervision and contract administration of the works progressing onsite, coordinating handover to the client. Coordination with stakeholders in regard to approvals and budget reporting and for liaison with surveyors in regard to dilapidation matters with the outgoing tenant also for liaison with the incoming tenant and their contractors.
