Our Involvement

Undertaking an initial building condition survey, agreeing the extent of the works required with the client, preparing a detailed specification, inviting builder’s tenders for completion of the works, preparing a tender report, providing advice in regard to the appointment of a suitable contractor, preparation of a JCT contract, undertaking supervision and contract administration of the works progressing onsite, coordinating handover to the client.
