When undertaking a building survey or Schedule of Condition of a commercial property, we would usually advice that an aerial drone survey is also included within our report.
Drone surveys enable us to get a clearer picture of the condition of the roof, than that of a ground level inspection.
Our drone surveyor is fully licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority.
